Initial Session - Online

Service Description

In this first session, we'll go over your history and we'll decide together which modalities you are most comfortable using to facilitate your healing. You'll get comfortable at home while I align and attune to your energy field. Clients report feeling deeply relaxed during the session. Some clients feel light movements. Sometimes the effect is felt immediately, but more frequently an effect is not observed until shortly afterward. After the session, clients are encouraged to spend time quietly to facilitate their healing response. Well be connected during the entire session using video and audio on Zoom. Full instructions and new client forms will be emailed to you upon booking.
