SOUL REJUVENATION
Group ceremonies amplify our abilities to heal our relationships with ourselves, the earth and each other.
A favorite group practice for reconnecting, remembering and reenergizing our true, authentic self is soul rejuvenation. For a large group, I lead a group journey (a form of guided meditation) where each person meets their soul’s life energy essence and discovers its gifts and strengths and brings it back into conscious reality. For a small group, I journey on each person’s behalf to their soul’s life energy essence and energetically reconnect it to their consciousness along with a description of its strengths and gifts.
Both processes are followed by a group ceremony to begin to integrate the energy and the understanding emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Some choose to use this process as the beginning of their path to identify and release blocks, old patterns and ways of being that no longer serve their restored wholeness. Others find that this process of getting reconnected with their life energy essence brings completeness to their current path. Results are unique for each individual and include feelings of awakening, peacefulness, aliveness and more.
Soul rejuvenation is based on the universal shamanic practice of soul retrieval. You can learn more about it from my teachers: Sandra Ingerman and Kate Durda and Stephanie Tighe. You can learn more about shamanism at the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing and at the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
